Short Doc on Court Packing

I interviewed law professor and legal scholar Richard Epstein for a Fox Nation 101 episode about court packing. He traces the history of the Supreme Court from its inception, through FDR’s plan to pack the court with younger justices, through Griswold v. Connecticut, Roe v. Wade, and eventually through the contentious nature of modern Supreme Court confirmation battles. It was a fascinating discussion and I learned a great deal from it. Epstein is a font of knowledge and wisdom on the topic. Available to stream on Fox Nation.
